Our story
Born from a Passion for Nature and History
Our story began in 2004, when we acquired this extraordinary piece of land with a simple vision: to honor and preserve the breathtaking natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of the region. Captivated by the surrounding landscapes—where lush forests meet mountain vistas, serene waterways, and ancient temples—we set out to shape a space that moves in harmony with its surroundings.
In 2019, we took a major step forward by initiating the development of our campsite and tourism infrastructure. Over the years, we meticulously built internal roads, water channels, and traditional accommodations with patience and care. Step by step, our vision took shape: to create a welcoming haven where travelers from all over the world could reconnect with nature, immerse themselves in history, and experience authentic Cambodian hospitality.
A Sanctuary at the Heart of Koh Ker
What started as a quiet retreat for local visitors seeking a peaceful sunset meal gradually blossomed into a thriving sanctuary. Over time, we welcomed school groups, local organizations, community gatherings, and international travelers searching for an authentic adventure. About a year and a half ago, we officially opened our dedicated camping grounds, offering guests a unique opportunity to sleep under the stars in the peaceful heart of the countryside.
Nestled in the historical Koh Ker region, our site sits at a strategic crossroads connecting Siem Reap, the new international airport, and the scenic border routes from Vietnam and Laos through Stung Treng and Preah Vihear. Koh Ker is famous for its awe-inspiring, pyramid-shaped grand temple—a masterpiece unlike any other in Cambodia—surrounded by expansive, untouched forests that have sustained local communities for generations.
